Extended practice - The Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga

An opportunity to fully experience and immerse yourself in the primary series of Ashtanga yoga. While the full practice typically takes 2 hours, this extended 3-hour led session will allow for a more intentional journey. We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up, include space for a longer meditation practice, and incorporate opening and closing chants. As we explore the complete sequence, you’ll have plenty of options, variations, and props available, along with my adjustments and assistance.

We will conclude the practice with an extended relaxation period, followed by tea, coffee, and cake to end our morning together.

A basic knowledge of the sequence and an intermediate level of personal yoga practice are recommended.
